LMM... may i suggest you visit a carribean restaurant and you get you some oxtail n ricenpeas? if you like it (which i bet you sould) then maybe you can learn to make it and then sort of customize it to your taste!

Ivanaa...yeah. check this: http://eatjamaican.com/recipes/oxtail-recipe.html thats the recipe i use. i didnt use to add tomatoes but the tomatoes give it such a good saucy flavour without overpowering the ox-tail flavour
